Geoff Higgins has been taking photographs of australia for over 35 years. As he tells it:

"Everyone laughed when I started taking photographs, but when they saw my images...

This was 35 years ago, I remember the day well, hot and steamy. I was on holidays with my wife and friends in the Northern Territory. I had always enjoyed taking photographs of australia, little did I realise that it would change my life forever. The photographs that were produced after the trip proved to me that there was something to follow. Three weeks later I sold my first submission. Well the rest is history now, numerous awards, over 30 books published, literally thousands of cards, calendars, advertising campaigns and the like. It was time for a new challenge, to start thinking outside the square. Or in this case the frame."
